4、加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)精度高、加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)穩定可靠(kao),數(shu)控(kong)裝(zhuang)置的脈沖當量(liang)一般為0.001mm,高精度的數(shu)控(kong)系統可達0.1μm,另外,數(shu)控(kong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)還避免了操(cao)作人員的操(cao)作失(shi)誤;
5、自(zi)(zi)動化程度高,可以(yi)減(jian)輕操作者的勞動強(qiang)度。有利于管理自(zi)(zi)動化;
6、效率(lv)高,數(shu)控(kong)(kong)銑(xian)床一般不需要使(shi)用(yong)(yong)專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)夾具等專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)設備(bei),在更換工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)時只需調(diao)(diao)用(yong)(yong)存儲于數(shu)控(kong)(kong)裝(zhuang)置中的加工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)序、裝(zhuang)夾工(gong)(gong)(gong)具和調(diao)(diao)整刀具數(shu)據(ju)即可(ke),因而大(da)大(da)縮(suo)短了周期。其次(ci),數(shu)控(kong)(kong)銑(xian)床具有銑(xian)床、鏜床、鉆床的功能,使(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序高度集中,大(da)大(da)提高了效率(lv)。另外,數(shu)控(kong)(kong)銑(xian)床的主軸轉速(su)(su)和進給速(su)(su)度都是無(wu)級(ji)變速(su)(su)的,因此有利于選擇切削(xue)用(yong)(yong)量(liang);
